All my previous efforts at Leap focused on improving the 'signup to payment' process primarily through sales intervention. However, in 'Learn it Yourself,' I had to change my approach entirely keeping in mind that this is a product-led journey.

I conducted extensive user research, which involved interviews with users to identify gaps. Through this process, I discovered that users align well with our product offerings. However, by the time they reach the payment screen, they lose the context of what is being offered.
