We conducted extensive research on different user personas to understand their needs and the problems they faced with the existing dashboard. After thorough analysis, we prioritized a list of features based on these user needs.

To make the user discover and utilise features on dashboard. Also, to make the dashboard scalable at the same time so the business can experiment with teacher-led and self-prep courses.

After prioritising features, we ideated various solutions and chose to proceed with an MxN model for the dashboard. This model utilised a grid-like structure for features that can be totally personalised based on different user personas giving them the best experience.
